There are many ways we clutter our lives.  We associate “clutter” most often with the disorder in our home or office, but personal behavior patterns can be equally disruptive.  We clutter our lives with the excessive behaviors of over-spending, over-eating and over-committing, which leave us with unnecessary possessions, extra weight and unwanted stress.  Conversely, passive behavior can also cause disorder.  Procrastination, indecision, failure to draw personal boundaries and poor time management can all lead to avoidable expenses, feelings of anxiety and overwhelm, and an accumulation of difficult issues to handle.

Consider the behavior patterns that contribute to the clutter in YOUR life.  Over the next two weeks we will explore some solutions.
