Thursday Thoughts – NO is the new YES

It is important to learn to say ‘NO’.  That word contains a lot of power, and it is not all negative.  That little word can be freeing!  And it can help us create a life that is healthier, happier, more productive, and less cluttered in numerous ways.

Think about the things that fill your daily life with apprehension or dread.  Consider what causes you to be distracted, to feel inadequate, or to have limited productivity.  Then begin to use the word ‘NO’ to break the patterns that result in those negative things.
