Sunday Steps – Negativity and Procrastination

If your happiness is squelched by the misery of others, or you spend time with people who mistreat themselves and those around them, say ‘NO’ to toxic behavior and negativity.  Avoid people and situations that suck you in like quicksand and focus instead on sharing positive energy.

If you continuously fail to handle things having deadlines, consequences, or impact to your quality of life, say ‘NO’ to putting off the inevitable and necessary.  Analyze the root cause of your hesitation and find ways to make progress.  Taking small steps, asking for help, delegating, and a personal reward system are ways to consider.

By learning to say ‘NO’ to the negative we can make room to say ‘YES’ to a more fulfilling life!
